To minimise email back-and-forth, please choose a suspension start date that aligns closely with your membership's direct debit date. Example: If you want your suspension to begin in two weeks, select the start date that falls on or closest to your scheduled membership payment in two weeks time.

If you're away or unwell for less than the standard 4-week suspension period, we can offer alternatives: Catch-up sessions to make up for missed time OR Online/home workouts with online accountability & nutrition coaching while you're away. To organise this, please contact your coach about this instead, and do not continue with this form.

I acknowledge that this is the only 4 Week Block in this Calendar Year I can use. I acknowledge that I have not used my 4 week suspension period yet this year, and that this is the only suspension block I am entitled to this year.
For memberships that started after May 25, 2024, a $20 weekly fee applies to hold your session spot, coach’s roster, and membership slot while you're away. This helps keep you consistent, accountable, and focused, ensuring your preferred session times and coach are available when you return.
Medical suspensions are exempt from this fee with a valid medical certificate.
All suspension periods will get added to the end of the membership's minimum term agreement.
For Memberships which began BEFORE May 25th 2024, no fees apply during your suspension term.
Membership payments will AUTO RE-COMMENCE after an approved suspension, often, without a warning from us. It is the member's responsibility to keep track of when their next payment is due to avoid $10 failed payment fees. No refunds will be approved for members who forgot their suspension was finishing.
