Upgrade or Downgrade Membership Form

Upgrade/Downgrade Membership

PLEASE NOTE, this form is ONLY TO REQUEST AN UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE. You will be called or emailed a confirmation of your downgrade or upgrade.

Requesting to Upgrade or Downgrade:
1. Upgrades can be processed within 48 hours - 7 days. 
2. Downgrades require a 30 day notice period. 
Changing a payment to fortnightly or four weekly payment option, or changing payment debit days, requires minimum 2 week's notice. 
There is no fee to upgrade or downgrade, simply the notice period applies. 
Sometimes, a meeting with your coach or a waiting list may happen to guarantee we can fit you into the new membership type that you wish to changeover to. 
If you leave the current membership and pricing you are on, we cannot guarantee you will be able to have that price if you wish to return to this membership later and we cannot guarantee which coach you will have if you want to return to the previous membership.
