Late Cancel Policy
FS8 enforces a strict cancellation policy. If you have reserved your place in a class and fail to cancel your session 6 hours in advance you will be charged $20 for the class

Membership Suspension
FS8 allows freezes of memberships at any time. There is a fee of $20/month for any freeze requested, with a maximum length of 3 months. The minimum freeze is 1 month. Freezes can not be backdated. Membership payment schedule will resume automatically when freeze has been completed. If the reason for the contract freeze is medically related the fee will only be waived with proper documentation from a medical doctor, however the maximum freeze length during the contract period still applies. Requests must be put in writing using the Membership Service Request Form available at the studio.

Contract Duration
Once the duration of the contract has been met the membership automatically rolls over into a month to month agreement The membership does NOT automatically cancel a 30 days written notice must be submitted in order for membership to be terminated

Cancellation
This membership is non-negotiable, transferable, or cancelable except as otherwise provided herein. Notice of intent to cancel by the buyer shall be given in writing, using the Membership service request form at the studio, with 30 days notice to the respective studio. Upon submission of cancellation form, member will be billed for 1 more billing cycle (for the month that follows the month in which notice was received) to satisfy the 30 day Cancellation Policy. Membership cannot be on suspension to submit for cancellation.

Early Termination of Agreement
If a cancellation request is submitted any earlier than the length of time that was agreed upon in the contract by the buyer, the buyer agrees to buy out the remaining months within the contract that was NOT completed less 10% of the total cost. A 30 day cancellation notice is required in addition to buying out the remaining months in the agreement.
