F45 Limited | 3x weekly membership - is a minimum 3-month package that is an ongoing membership. A minimum of 13 weekly payments are required. The membership is based on a weekly cycle via an automatic debit arrangement with your bank.
F45 Unlimited | 3 Month | biweekly Autopay - is a minimum 3-month package that is an ongoing membership. The minimum term for this membership contract is 3 months. A minimum of 7 payments are required. The membership is based on a biweekly cycle via an automatic debit arrangement with your bank.
F45 Unlimited | 6 Month | biweekly Autopay - is a minimum 6-month package that is an ongoing membership. The minimum term for this membership contract is 6 months. A minimum of 13 payments are required. The membership is based on a biweekly cycle via an automatic debit arrangement with your bank.
All memberships will continue past their initial term on a month to month basis until we are notified to initiate the 28 day cancellation period.
10, 20, 30 Session packs: This is an UPFRONT non-refundable purchase. The session packs and memberships will activate upon the date of purchase. Please note that no suspensions are available to upfront purchases.
10 session pack: This pack has a 2 month expiry date
20 session pack: This pack has a 4 month expiry date
30 session pack: This pack has a 6 month expiry date
3 or 6 Month Paid in full membership: these purchases are non-refundable. No suspensions permitted.
Late cancel/no show fees
A $10 fee may apply, (or you will forfeit your session if you are on a session pack) if you do not show up for a class, or late cancel for a class. Late cancel windows: 9 hours for AM classes, 2 hours for PM classes. Each member gets 1 waived late cancel charge per month.
These fees apply to all sessions on all days and have been put in place to benefit every member of the studio and so no one misses out on training.
If you are on a limited membership such as 8x monthly or 3x weekly, you will be allocated a maximum of 2 additional visits per month for $10. After this, the regular drop in rate will apply.
Suspending your membership:
You may pause your membership with 7 days’ notice by completing our suspension form via email. Minimum freeze period is 1 week. Membership may not be suspended during the notice period of a cancellation request. Suspension periods will not count towards your contractual minimum term and will extend any applicable minimum term by the number of suspended weeks taken. Membership may not be suspended during the notice period of a cancellation request.
Maximum 6 weeks free suspensions per calendar year. Up to 4 additional suspension weeks can be purchased for $15/wk + HST. No further suspensions will be permitted.
Cancellations:
I acknowledge that we offer a 10-day cooling-off period. During this time I may change to another package or terminate my membership. Upon the decision of termination, I accept the charge of one week's payment. This may be applicable upon written submission via email to the studio within the initial 10-day period of your contract.
You may request to cancel your membership with 28 days’ notice along completing and submitting our online cancellation form. If you are under a contract with a commitment period such as 3 or 6 months, you must continue your membership until your contract end date. If you have joined on a promotional offer and wish to terminate your account, your 28-day notice period will be applied outside of the promotional period on a full paying membership rate. If a sickness or injury occurs requiring more than 6 weeks of recovery time, we will lodge a suspension or termination request pending documented proof of injury by a medical professional. Memberships are required to come off suspension for any cancellations to be processed. Documented proof must be emailed through proving the above if you are still within your commitment period. You may also transfer your membership to a friend or family member.
Referral Reward:
If you refer a friend who signs up for an ongoing membership with our studio, you will be eligible for the current referral reward.

In proceeding with the membership I agree that F45 Training is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.
I understand that F45 Training classes are physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, and/or death. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that such risks include but are not limited to heart attack, stroke, broken bones, sprains to ankles or wrists, muscle or tendon injury, back or neck injury, shoulder injury, knee injury, tendinitis, shin splints or other injury associated with high-intensity training. I acknowledge that I have considered these risks and made an informed decision to participate in F45 Training classes regardless of the risks. I have been given the opportunity to address any concerns I may have in relation to the risk of injury due to participating in F45 Training classes.
I agree to disclose to F45 Training and any person conducting an F45 Training class I participate in any pre-existing condition I experience which may be exacerbated by the exercises performed in the classes, before commencing any class. I acknowledge
that F45 Training may refuse to allow me to participate in a class if they deem it unsafe to me or other participants.
I consent to the collection of personal information including health information and its use as per the F45 training privacy policy at https://f45training.com.au/privacy/. I agree to indemnify F45 Training in relation to any breach of this agreement by me.
I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against F45 Training any of its franchisees or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
F45 often film or photograph the studio so it is possible you will appear in the background. I agree by signing this agreement that I allow F45 to use my image in social media, promotional, and other business-related material without payment to F45.
If a provision or part thereof of this agreement is illegal, invalid, unenforceable or void in a jurisdiction it is severed for that jurisdiction and the remainder of this agreement has full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected.
