Terms and Conditions

--- All membership 'months' are 28 day periods. --- Passport is only included in Unlimited Memberships. --- Flex Hours are only included in Unlimited Memberships. --- All autopay members (8 Classes + Unlimited) are subject to a 30 Day Cancellation Notice. All payments that are scheduled to be made during the 30 days after notice is given will still be billed. Time spent under membership suspension can not be counted towards the 30 days notice. --- The 10, 20, and 30 pack are subject to 4, 8 and 12 month expirations respectively. --- Class pack classes can only be used by the member who's name is registered to the class pack. --- All payments are non-refundable barring medical exceptions --- All Unlimited and Limited memberships are allowed up to but not exceeding 8 total weeks of suspension per year with a minimum suspension period of 2 weeks barring medical exceptions. All contracts with a term commitment will continue on after the term is filled with a standard 30 day cancellation period. All individual classes are subject to a late cancellation fee if the member cancels the appointment less than 2 hours before the class. Members will recieve one "free" uncharged late cancel per month and all following late cancels will be charged at $10 + Tax per offence.
