Upgrade/Downgrade Terms & Conditions
- Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership by submitting an Upgrade/Downgrade Form.
- Upgrades can be processed immediately — no notice required.
- All downgrades require a 28-day notice.

Suspension Terms & Conditions
- Memberships can be suspended at any time with 48-hour notice by completing the Suspension Form.
- Two-week minimum suspension.
- Eight-week maximum suspension.
- Two suspensions allowed per rolling twelve months.
- Suspensions cannot be backdated.
- A weekly Suspension Fee of $5 will be charged in lieu of the membership fee.
- In order for the Suspension Fee to be waived or to place a membership on suspension for longer than 8 weeks, a doctor's note or other validated proof of hardship/injury is required.
- Membership may not be suspended during the notice period of a cancellation request.
- Membership will automatically resume after the suspension period ends, based on the completed Suspension Form.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- A 28-day notice is required to cancel all memberships.
- This notice is only considered valid once a Cancellation Form has been completed in-studio. Notices submitted via email, verbally, or in writing (outside of the official form) will not be accepted.
- The 28-day notice period begins on your next billing date after the cancellation request is submitted.
- Weekly billing will continue throughout the 28-day notice period.
- You may continue to use the studio during the 28-day notice period.
- Once your membership is terminated, you will forfeit your current membership rate.
- Any delinquent or unpaid dues must be paid in full.
- The 28-day notice period cannot occur during a suspension/hold period.

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy
- Members may cancel a class up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty.
- Members may re-book another class on the same calendar day to avoid a fee or class loss.
-Members are allowed 1 forgiven Late Cancel/No Show per month, with no fee or penalty.
- Unlimited Members are subject to a $10 No Show/Late Cancel Fee.
- 2x/Week or 4x/Month Members will forfeit a class.

Late Arrival Policy
- This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all participants.
- Members must arrive before the warm-up begins to participate in class.
- Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the class and will be asked to reschedule for another session.
- No Late Cancel/No Show fees or class forfeiture will be applied for late arrivals.

Waitlist Policy
- Joining the waitlist reserves the next available spot based on your position in the queue.
- If a spot opens up, the member will be notified via email and text message.
- To claim the spot, the member must confirm attendance after receiving the notification.
- If no confirmation is received by the class start time, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
- Members are welcome to show up in person in case of any last-minute openings, but space is not guaranteed.
