Request to freeze your membership using the form below.
Membership freezes must be requested with a minimum 7 days notice, in 1 week blocks only and 5 weeks maximum allowed per calendar year. Freeze fees will apply of €10 per week.

PLEASE NOTE:
(i) Memberships can be suspended at any time.
(ii) 7 days notice required to activate a suspension
(iii) 7 day minimum suspension, 5 week maximum (per 12 month period)
(iv) Suspensions will be charged at €10 per week (min 7 days, max 5 weeks)
(v) Suspensions cannot be backdated
(vi) Suspensions due to sickness will be considered on a case by case basis, a doctors certificate must be provided.
- Suspension periods will not count towards your contractual minimum term and will extend any applicable minimum term by the number of suspended weeks taken.
- Membership may not be suspended during the notice period of a cancellation request.
