πŸ’΅ Entry Fee: Members = $50; We have adapted elements of the 75 Hard Challenge and incorporated modifications tailored specifically for the F45 program.

Challenge Dates: Oct 7-Nov 20

Grand Prize: $1,000 lottery prize – eligible for any participant who completes the challenge. To qualify, you must complete both scans!

Here’s how this challenge will help you create long-lasting habits. A daily form will be submitted electronically to earn points for your team.

βœ”οΈ Daily movement: F45 workout or 10K steps to keep you active every day.
βœ”οΈ Hydration goals: Drink at least half your bodyweight in ounces of water daily. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, aim for at least 75 ounces of water each day. Staying hydrated is essential to your progress! πŸ’§
βœ”οΈ Mindset growth: Read 10 pages of a personal development book OR listen to a motivational podcast πŸ“–πŸŽ§
βœ”οΈ Nutrition focus: Follow a healthy 7-day nutrition plan to stay on track 🍽️
βœ”οΈ No alcohol: Helping you stay clear-headed and focused πŸ’―
βœ”οΈ Accountability: Be part of a team (Red Team vs. Blue Team) and a private WhatsApp group for support & encouragement. You will be a part of a subgroup and have a coach as well. 🀝

Vanessa will provide you with a basic 7-day meal plan tailored to your macros. If you need further personalization due to allergies or other dietary needs, please fill out the optional questions below your stats.
Sedentary - You spend most of your day sitting
Lightly Active - You will also usually spend a large part of your day on your feet
Moderately Active - You will also probably spend a large part of your day doing something physical - examples include being a mailman or waitress
Very Active - You will also probably spend most of your day doing something physical - examples include carpenters
Beginning scan: Oct 2-Oct 7; Ending scan: Nov 19-23
*Drink 1 liter of water within 2 hours of scanning, but NO liquid within 30 minutes.
*NO food 2 hours prior to your scan.
*NO alcohol 48 hours prior to your scan.
*NO caffeine 12 hours prior to your scan.
*NO exercise 3-4 hours prior to your scan.
*Do NOT shower 2 hours prior to your scan.
