âś…All freeze requests are submitted via this form 5 days prior to freeze start date.
âś…If your next scheduled payment is within this time period it will run as normal.
âś…All freeze requests must be for a future date. No retrospective freezes are possible.
âś…During the freeze period membership fees are not charged.
âś…All freezes are charged at $3 per week freeze fee for the duration of the freeze.
âś…The fee is charged on the same day as your direct debit schedule would have run.
âś…Membership duration is not affected by the freeze period. ie Membership term is extended.
âś…Attending classes during the suspension period is possible only via casual class payment.

In our goal to support our student community through challenging times, exceptions can be made where there are extreme circumstances, if your circumstances stopping you from attending classes are extreme please outline this in the 'Reason for freeze' to request an extension to the limit.
